Pheasant Hunting
New Mexico

Made it back to the southern part of the San Luis Valley. Getting there was a bit of a challenge, being that there was 6.5 feet of snow on Cumbres Pass, no big deal. We made it to the New Mexico side and spent most of Friday in and around Chama. I decided to focus on the local craftsmen this trip, so far so good.
New work

Currently working on a few projects. Both of witch are going to allow me to travel a bit.
One story is taking me to the southern part of the San Luis Valley in Colorado and New Mexico.
Focusing primarily on Culture and Religion. The Second story is still on the drawing board, but its going to take me into cow country.
Fishin in Canada, ya you betcha!

I spent some time in Cranberry Portage, Manitoba, this summer with family and friends. My primary objective was to come back with some breathtaking images. Well... I came back with several pounds of walleye and "jackfish", good enough for me. It takes an experienced photographer to be able to put down the camera and pick up a fishing pole, a smart one too.
Cattle Drive

I spent a few weekends in Fort Worth, Texas, this spring. One Saturday afternoon we headed down to the stockyards to see the daily cattle drive. This is a great experience especially if you're looking to enjoy a nice slow afternoon with Texas McTexas. The close up image of the Longhorn has been selected as one of the "photo forums, photos of the year" and will be published in their annual book.
